Privacy Policy
Frevanto ("we", "us", "our") builds software for everyday people, and we believe your data stays yours — always. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our websites and our mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play (together, the "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account information — if a Service offers accounts: your name (optional), email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
- Content you create — data you enter into an app (for example tasks, notes, or settings) so the app can do its job.
- Messages to us — when you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, app version, language, crash logs, and anonymized usage events (such as which features are used). We use this to fix bugs and improve the Services.
- Purchase state — whether a purchase or subscription is active, received from Apple or Google. We never see or store your payment card details; payments are processed entirely by the App Store or Google Play.
We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, or microphone data unless a specific app feature requires it, in which case the app will ask for your permission first through the standard iOS or Android permission dialog, and you can decline or revoke it at any time in your device settings.
2. How we use your information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- to sync your content across your devices, where the Service offers sync;
- to respond to your support requests;
- to diagnose crashes and fix bugs;
- to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we process your personal data on these legal bases: performance of a contract (providing the Services you request), legitimate interests (keeping the Services reliable and secure), consent (where we ask for it, such as optional device permissions), and legal obligation.
4. Sharing of information
We share personal information only with:
- Service providers that process data on our behalf under contract (for example, cloud hosting and crash reporting). They may use your data only to provide services to us.
- Apple and Google, to the extent needed to process purchases and distribute the apps.
- Authorities, if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or the public.
- A successor entity, in the event of a merger or acquisition — in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data, and we will notify you of any change.
5. Data retention
We keep your personal data only as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. Crash logs and analytics are retained for a limited period (no longer than 24 months) and are then deleted or fully anonymized. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to retain certain records.
6. Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account and associated data at any time:
- In the app — go to Settings → Account → Delete account; or
- By email — write to support@frevanto.com from the email address linked to your account, and we will delete it within 30 days and confirm when done.
Apps that work fully offline store your data only on your device; deleting the app deletes the data.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@frevanto.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
8. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and the principle of collecting as little as possible in the first place. No system is perfectly secure, but we design our Services so that a breach would expose as little as possible.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred out of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
10. Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@frevanto.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you in the app or on this page before the changes take effect. The "Effective date" above shows when this policy was last revised.
12. Contact us

Summary in plain words: we collect the minimum an app needs to work, we never sell your data or show you third-party ads, payments go through Apple or Google (we never see your card), and you can delete your account and data any time — in the app or with one email.
